Transparence

Transparencies have been up on the trend list for a while now, no matter what the season was. There was always a part of your outfit showing more skin that it was supposed to, like the shoulders of your top, maybe the bottom of your skirt... But now, these new collections show us how to take transparencies to a different level on our outfits. Take a look and get inspired!

From Milan and under the name of "Romantic&Rock", Blumarine presents a very delicate and feminine line based on transparencies, lace and embroidery in pretty pastel colors.

We've already mentioned this collection of Burberry for pastel blue for Spring but it's mandatory to talk about them again to highlight the transparencies of their designs. Romantic and sweet on pastel colors as well.

One of my favorite spanish designers comes with "Las veraneantes" for Spring Summer 2014 season on mint and white over transparencies. Dutos tries to express a quite and relaxing summer through his soft designs with pailettes and simplicity.

Straight lines and monochromatic tones like white, black or nude. Metallic and transparencies are two trends that Ralph Rucci puts together for the coming season, clearly marked by masculine and perfection influence

Her inspiration was clear: the athletics. Sporty chic outfits like transparent sweatshirts or partially translucent bomber jackets, thought for a brave and confident woman. Is that you?

There are way too many designers who chose transparencies for their Spring Summer 2014 collections like Erdem or J.W Anderson from London, Nº21 from Milan or Ion Fiz from Madrid.

But if you still have any doubts about if this trend is right for you, take a look to some of my favorite fashionistas (click on the picture to visit their blogs)

What do you think about this fresh trend?

  3. Me gustan, pero hay que tener cuidado con ellas porque si no se usan con cuidado pueden rozar la ordinariez, sin embargo en su justa medida resultan muy sugerentes y sexys como en las imágenes que nos muestras. Un beso guapa.
