Valentine's Queen

Valentine's is approaching and nerves are raising. What to wear, where to go, what present to choose.. It's not that difficult in the end, but we create expectations. Forget about the typical red dress or the sweet pink skirt, just dress comfortable and as you would for any other date.

Here there are some ideas, but the number one rule is to be faithful to one self. Don't wear heels if you're not comfortable in them (could turn into an embarrassing situation!) or don't over do your make up or your outfit if that's not what you do normally. Be confident, that's your most powerful weapon and that's how you'll look the best!

Most people give too much importance to this day or none at all. I think we should keep it in the middle. It's true is nothing but a normal day, but our normal days are so busy than a simple detail as make time for someone is much more romantic than any Tiffany necklace.

For me it's just an excuse to show love and care, even though we all know that can be done any other day, so why not on the 14th too?

I really like this blogger's style, and I think it matches perfectly the combination between chic and comfortable, which is perfect for a romantic date like this.

Weather it's a tube skirt, a long dress, pants, jeans, flats or heels... Anything works as long as you don't feel out of place with what you're wearing.
