Sorry for the big delay, but I finally had some time to put together the best of the New York Fashion Week for Fall/Winter '15-16 that took place last month. I really liked a lot of designers, even though I keep liking Spanish fashion a lot more, but I had to make the cut to my six top designers.
I hope you like it! Let me know what you think of my picks!

It's needless to say that I chose the ones who match my style the best, which would be the more minimalist, classy and trendy of all.
Sensual lines over V-necks in a large rage of colors, from white smoke to black, passing by pale pink, bronze and green. The whole prêt-à-porter collection came in straight lines and marking femininity above all. We can see trends for the next fall/winter like transparencies, cut out skirts, asymmetries or crop tops.
This was one of the collections I liked the most. The return of the basics like the white blouse over a minimalist scenario, straight cut lines and the simplicity was the essence of the collection. Nude, white, grey, electric blue, coral, turquoise, turtle neck, oversize, masculine suit, a little of neoprene, mix of fabrics, transparent details and white socks on dark shoes are some of the proposals of DKNY for fall/winter 2015-2016.
I couldn't just pick four models of the whole collection, it got in my eye since the very first second. So magical and delicate, Jenny Packham brings a feminine woman that shines by herself through her clothing. Full of degradé paillettes, royal blue, nude, metallic thread, transparencies, marked waist, bronze, smoke white, feathers silk and soft fabrics, are some of the proposals for next Fall/Winter.
Minimalist and flawless collection on colors like white, peach, grey , black&white and designs over straight lines, leather, transparencies, paillettes, masculine long coats or tank top dresses.

The fall/winter collection of Jason Wu is ultra feminine, designed to rise the beauty of women, dominated by militar green and black. Some fur and transparencies details, cut out dresses, halter neckline, marked waist, some leather, nude and grey colors... perfect for an independent classy working girl. I highly recommend to watch this fashion show, it's totally worth it! I especially liked the night proposals like in the last picture.. so elegant and sexy at the same time!

This collection proves that fringes are really a timeless item, perfect for any time of the year. Rebecca Minkoff surrenders to a boho and rebel style over tweed, silk, brimmed hats, crop tops, long cardigans and of course, fringes all over. A urban Pocahontas that never leaves the mood boards.
I wish I could have shown you some of the other designers that I liked, like Michael Kors, Tasahi Shoji, Vera Wang or Erin Fetherston. I encourage you to take a look to all of them and choose your favorites!
